Agnes' academic background is based in both social and applied science with an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in psychology and neuroscience. A social science perspective blended with principles of laboratory-based science have translated into a rigorous approach to program evaluation and market research that can be applied to a variety of research projects.
Agnes has over eight years experience in program evaluation in the areas of health, mental health and social services. With progressive responsibility in both for-profit and not-for profit research, Agnes has experience in a wide range of projects in the areas of program evaluation at local, provincial and national levels, marketing research, program development and citizen engagement. Agnes’ proficiencies include logic model development, methodology selection, tool selection and survey writing, report writing, presentation of findings, workshop design and facilitation.
Affiliated with the Canadian Outcomes Research Institute (CORI), and as an active member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES), American Evaluation Association (AEA) and Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA), Agnes strives to uphold the highest level of professional practice. Agnes has committed extensively to volunteering for board positions within CES, MRIA, and has donated many hours consulting with not-for-profit organizations.
